Movement & Rhythms – Saturday 5pm - 6pm

Led by Angela Carroll, the session offers a joyful, non-competitive space where kids can move freely, listen deeply, and feel rhythm from the inside out.

Rather than using drums, this class focuses on body-based rhythm — hands, feet, voice, and movement — helping children build coordination, confidence, and embodied awareness while having fun. Activities are playful, responsive, and adaptable to different ages 6+ and energy levels.
