Drum Circle - SATURDAY- 6:00-7:00pm

$15.00

This drum circle experience is guided by Angela Carroll, who brings a deep respect for rhythm as a tool for connection, grounding, and collective healing. Rooted in ancient traditions, the circle offers a welcoming space for participants of all experience levels to engage with drumming as a shared language beyond words.

Angela is trained through the Kissidugu Foundation, where rhythm, community, and cultural lineage are honored as inseparable. Her facilitation emphasizes presence, listening, and attunement—inviting participants to feel rhythm not just with their hands, but through the body and nervous system.

This class is both energizing and regulating, offering an opportunity to release stress, reconnect with your natural rhythms, and experience the power of collective sound. Come as you are, ready to listen, play, and be moved by the pulse of the drum and the shared heartbeat of the group.
