  • Yes. The healing arts market is free and open to the public during market hours. Tickets are only required for the Friday night headliner and select workshops.

  • No. Mini-sessions may be free or paid, depending on the practitioner. Pricing and session length will be clearly posted at each booth and sign-up sheet available.

  • Yes. Lights in the Valley is a sober gathering. We ask everyone to arrive clear, present, and respectful of the space.

  • Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and dress in layers. Some workshops involve sitting or lying down; details will be noted where needed.

  • Parking is available near the Fred Field Center. We encourage carpooling, walking, or biking when weather allows, as parking may be limited during peak hours.

  • Yes. You’re welcome to arrive and leave during market hours and a stamp on your hand will allow you to do so. Ticketed workshops and the Friday night headliner begin promptly.

  • Lights in the Valley is a family-friendly event, best suited for children ages 6 and up. The fair is designed as a calm, contemplative space that supports healing work, slowing down, and presence.

    Children must be actively supervised by a caregiver at all times, and to respect the experience of practitioners and attendees, children who are causing ongoing disruption may be asked to step outside or leave the event with their caregiver. Thank you for helping us maintain a grounded, respectful container for healing.

  • This year most practitioners are based in or serve the Gunnison Valley.

  • General event photos may be taken. Private sessions will not be photographed without explicit permission.
