Kelly Foss is a Somatics Practitioner specializing in Somatic Experiencing, CranioSacral Therapy, Dream Integration and Psychedelic Preparation and Integration. She believes curiosity, creativity and bravery play a role in healing, and has been trained to deeply attune to nervous system patterning to discover what limiting beliefs, unprocessed emotions might be creating physical or emotional pain.
Her business, Universe Within, was created to invite people to explore inner realms and be with the challenges in order to evolve and transform.
Kelly offers one-on-one sessions as well as one-day events and retreats, as well as Emotional Intelligence workshops designed to creatively and experientially delve into emotions through somatic practices, art, film and interactive discussion.
The modalities she practices incorporate dialogue, active imagination, movement and emotional processing to disrupt unhelpful patterns and create new possibilities. She invites you to discover the ways in which somatic work might lead you into new, unexpected and beautiful territory.
