Hadley Gallen’s passion is empowering menstruators with body literacy, a gift that she believes is a birthright, not a privilege. She is a licensed Fertility Awareness and Sexual Health Educator, teaching adults to understand their menstrual cycles, embody their cyclical wisdom and heal their sexuality. After much demand, Hadley is now bringing sacred knowledge to youth as a Puberty Educator, serving the full spectrum of the menstruator’s life cycle from pre-pubescence to post-menopause. She envisions a world where all beings are free to be unapologetically themselves, a world where everyone is free to enjoy a life led by pleasure and informed by body literacy. Hadley sees a path to healing our planet, Mother Earth, that begins with healing our relationships with our own bodies.

“I serve to celebrate, elevate and enliven the Feminine through Fertility Awareness, Body Literacy and Sensual Movement. In 2022 I became a licensed Fertility Awareness and Sexual Health Educator (FAE/SHE) through The Well School of Body Literacy. I also trained as an S Factor instructor in 2019, a sensual movement modality that unlocks your innate Feminine Genius. I serve to weave these elements together in an embodiment lifestyle that unlocks a life of pleasure and bodily autonomy. “
