On your first visit, there will be a short intake / consultation to name your goals & do a baseline assessment. Each of our offerings are handcrafted with you in mind. Your first visit will include a consultation so that we may co-create a wellness plan for you., which may include but not be limited too; SAUNA POD, RED LIGHT High Intensity PEMF, PUREWAVE PEMI (Pulsed Electromagnetic Induction), YOGA, and more.
